this change is very good because now he cant just outtrade midlaners by aaing without taking any counterharass. It makes his midlane more balanced and gives bruisers top a bit of a better time against him!

And give burst melees a bigger chance? Not to mention it would make Kennen mid completely irrelevant.
Three marks is perfect, be it for aggression or juking/escaping. Unless you want them to also change the W passive to something like "every third attack"

If the stun Duration goes up to 2 seconds, all his CDs are halved along with the energy costs, and Q becomes a lockon then SURE.
Otherwise, nope.
Anyway, its exactly what Berzerk said, except his mid laning might be toned down as well because he was actually able to bully them around too.
IMO a nerf to his overall viability in Solo Queue.

Yeah, I know, His range was very strong if you max W first. You can bully top laners easily like Riven and harras the **** out of mid. I love when I pick Kennen and they pick Veigar thinking they can counter lol. Just max w, hit witht he proc, and activate w. It does seem like a needed nerf. But I still hate when my champs get nerfed.. lol
Yeah, and Nick, that doesn't make much sense. Change it to FIVE MARKS?!! That is way too much. 3 is perfect. And his ult hitting 5 times against 5 ppl at max rank would take forever lol.
