Honestly your guide is what i was looking for to handle any lane. I once carried a losing game thnx to this guide 20/4/16. I've tried all other guides but so far this one is the best that's worked for me so far. I just follow a build and slowly work my way up to the big items just in case anything changes so I can adapt to the situation. I love this guide thnx alot

I would say that frozen mallet on Jayce should be considered a core item. Thinking in terms of usefulness and utility it's much more beneficial then a maybe proc from trinity force. Don't get me wrong I love trinity force with a passion, but on Jayce it's really not necessary. Taking into account that he shreds both magic resist and armor with his ranged it just seems to me that with that first hit you'd want a absolute slow proc so you can switch to hammer and follow up a hardcore Q,E combo. The fact that most people will blow their flash just to get away from you when you shred makes it all the more worth while to have mallet. The extra health, AD, and slow in my eyes makes jayce even more deadly. I'd say give it a whirl at least on his jungle build as well as on his top. Also for fun try heading mid with jayce sometime and see how much he can just punish ap carries. Most ap's go for high mana regen making them even more squishy then bottom lanes. Q behind a minion that's behind the carry and knock him back into your awaiting jungle is a roflcopter moment.

Your guide is detailed and I understand your reasoning behind your selections. When you have I'd suggest going into lane match ups against different champions and match ups.

Mmmmm a nice guide, but.... (alwayst there a but) i don agree qith u runes choice but i dont agrre with runes choice of almoste every guide in mobafire, i put for example my ap rune set, i take for the marks, magic penetration, in the glyphs i take ability power per lvl, in the seals ability power per level tooand my quinaescenses are cooldow reduction, i usually use this conofgurations with the thinking of "If u have much more damage u ever need armor" i play with this runes with almost any ap and i win easily this configuration its originally made for my Le Blanc build (i next publish that guide its under constrauction) i like your guide of Jayce u say its ur first guide so be welcome kid u do good i don agree with that and Jayce its still to "Green" to say something about him later we see what happens with Jayce, remind Darius be nerfed after first week in the league, and we know because what, i say Darius will de permanent ban in ranked, ok enough we see ya latter Lock i expect u get the corrections and see the 90 91 92 93 94 95 percent aside of your guide c ya man

You do realize that Hexdrinker builds into Maw of Malmortius?
Or did you mean to say to buy an early Hexdrinker and upgrade it later?

Good job, but when "Require comment to vote" is off when new champion comes, guides will end up below 50% very easily.

+1, because the rating is way too low for this guide.

Isn't better an AP Jayce? While you transform the hammer the bonus of magic is high, and the combos you can do with your skills are great with a high ability power...

Only one skill scales AP, and it's a Dot. No point.

Awesome guide, alot better than the other ones. All I would suggest on the jungling Jayce and tanky Jayce is to get a bit more mr, and example would be to switch out frozen heart for Guardian Angel's, wits end, or maw of malmortious. Great build none the less.

great guides. his AD style bot with armor pen just shreds enemy combos. just have to communicate with your team prior to the match starting because having your setup for bot and being froced to go top.. is so not fun. (or mid... dah fuq?)

^Thanks! I'll get right on that.

As soon as I have as much content as I can shove in the guide, I'll work on prettying it up.

Will try your build tomorrow and vote c:. Personally I play Jayce like an AD carry, the utility he has is amazing. The guide looks very nice, good job. You might wanna describe each ability individually with their tips, but it's still fine.

^I'd love to agree with you but I just went from 1-18 in a custom game and logged what I ranked up each level - indeed, my ranking matched exactly with what I have currently in my guide. You might want to check your facts.
