EDIT: Thanks to Toshabi for pointing out the flaws. I needed to tell you guys which ELO range this works in. All of those games were played in 1500-1950 ELO range. Read toshabi's rage below, look at the results, and then judge for yourself.
Would you like to try something for me?
I can reward you.
I can give you a first blood and a double buff NP at right around 3:15 in the game.
Next time you're blue team top lane, consider this:
Push the hell out of that first wave. Cut backwards, and into river bush at 3:10. From there, if you weren't followed (and I hardly ever am), cut over to their red. If their jungler is there, wait for the precise moment to initiate the rapage. If he is not, wait about 5-10 more seconds, then head back to lane and accept the lost XP.
Of course, don't try this if they are a jungler that starts red, or if they are spotted heading to your own team's red. 99% of the time though, you'll end up with a first blood, a double buff, and one PISSED OFF lane opponent.
(Teemo works exceptionally well for this, just go to their red a bit early and waste a few seconds camoed directly under red (they cant target you as easily). ENJOY.
Have a nice day, let me know how it worked.

All ranked games there are at 1500-1700 Elo or so.
And yet, the time that those wins were accumulated where when you were at unranked ELO. It doesn't matter if you duo queued with someone who was 2k ELO ect, the point is that the players on the other team will be queued with someone who is just as bad at the game as you are. Regardless, your response in general was so pathetic and rebutted nothing I said that I won't even give you a proper response other then me rebutting your entire statement by pointing out your ELO as those games were played. Regardless, my experience comes from playing MOBA inhouse with the higher ELO members, spectating ranked games along with actively duo queuing with my friend who is on equal elo as me and strategy spit balling/theory crafting with 1800+ elo members on LoL. Either or, after 300 games and still having such a pathetic elo, you're clearly not qualified to be giving advice to anyone unless it's basic LoL meta (if even). Shame on you for throwing a tantrum in the manor you just did in response to my critique.

So go ahead and turn a blind eye to the critique that people in this blog gave you, it'll only mean that I won't have to see you flail aimlessly around in ranked games. (Unless of course I drop down to your 1k elo zone)
Also, it's a shame that you hate me. I won't be able to sleep at night knowing an idiot on MOBAfire hates my guts. Oh god, the hours of loss sleep that I'll have, wondering what I'll ever do to rectify my relationship with you. The horror! What a ****ing nightmare! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Yeah, no.
Also, don't call me kid when, chances are, you've barely hit puberty. The anger in your post clearly make that apparent. (I'M AN ADULT MANG >:[)
Just noticed this.
But uh, Necro, all I'd like to say is that the strategy is ok and it'll probably work ok too, but it's pretty darn easy that in about 5 seconds of the fight it's you giving up fb, not their jungler. I'd also like to say that Toshabi is probably a better LoL player then you, no offense, and that even if he was being ****ish you don't need to react the same way, since you know, that doesn't help anything.
Not to mention never in his post did Toshabi actually say or infer you were a bad player, he's merely critiquing your strategy, which I'd tend to agree isn't exactly the greatest, especially when playing Teemo (not entirely sure how you would manage to pull off this strategy vs say Lee, Olaf, Udyr, Kayle, etc).
Anyways, cheers trying to make your strategy work once you get past 1800 elo (if you do, that is).
All ranked games there are at 1500-1700 Elo or so. Get your facts straight before putting someone down. It works, it works in repetition, and it works in repetition in respectable ELO games where teamwork is the only way you CAN win, usually. Thanks for your brilliant insight though :)
Oh, and since you felt the need to just toss out LoLking info there... I looked up your stats...
You haven't played half as many games as I have, so I seriously doubt your expertise. Also, looking at your match history at the current moment, I see 14 wins and 2 losses. You're maintaining a 1500 elo, but only by not playing any more ranked games. You've won 4 more times than you've lost, and judging by your match history.... you get carried, ALOT.
So please, feel free to bring your strategems and theorems this way mate. You're half as experienced as I am, and I'm taking anything you say from now on, I'll mentally put "I just started playing this game and have no clue what I am talking about BUT..." before it.
Thanks.
Sorry if I sounded mean. It's okay though. I tried to correct people's strategies and tell them how to play 400 wins ago too. Before I realized that ANYTHING CAN WORK.
Additional information: Ancient necro is unranked at 167 ranked wins to 183 ranked loses according to lolking.
As is stated by the above posts, this strategy works for only low ELO ranked games where people don't expect any strategy from being applied to games. In addition, pushing lanes is an absolute nono because it leaves you very vulnerable to ganks along with allowing the opposing side freezing the lane closer to their turret, thereby denying your jungler from getting off ganks along with having safer, harass free farming.
If you want to utilize this strategy a bit better (i'm just trying to salvage this piss poor strategy that no one should actually follow), start off with cloth, potions and a ward and ward their red buff. Communicate with your mid and jungler to be in a position to engage their jungler when he approaches red. It's even smarter to (In my opinion) ward the bush before wraiths so you can have additional time to approach red buff with your team to initiate a gank on red. However, this strategy teeters off around 1500+. People above 1500+ (usually) are map wary and will cautiously initiate red buff along with having their teammates guard them as they do so, reacting to any MIA's that occur when red buff is initiated. Regardless, this is only a safer/smarter way to initiate a gank on red rather then what was poorly suggested by ancient necro.
Champions that are strong at ganking jungle champs at red are most top lane champs with CC (like renekton, lee sin and Riven). Teemo is rather useless vs strong early game junglers and will lose during a 1v1 at red. Teemo's kit is just pathetically weak early game (pretty much all game) to win such an engagement without items. The person you're assaulting just has to be pathetically dumb in order for the strategy that ancient necro suggested to work.
Those are my thoughts and critique on this blog post.
Edit: And it's really foolish to say "Well this strategy works because I got SO MANY WINS, take a look for yourself". It's very, VERY misguided because of the following;
So please (to ancientnecro and everyone else reading this post), don't you dare put up a screen shot of wins in normal/low ELO ranked games of your success using a build/strategy and say "This works because it helped me win normal/low ELO games so it works". It's a piss poor way to encourage bad game play and encourages the use of bad strategy. Be honest and note what your ELO range is so that it doesn't teeter people into thinking that your way to play games works for all sitations because of your success in easy mode. That's what made me suck during my first few months with this game.

First off, you're a very ****ish person, and I don't like you in the least.
second: ZOMG HE PUSHED A LANE? Get real dude. 33 STRAIGHT wins with the same strategy? When I duoque with friends of mine at 2000 + Elo (I reckon i get paired around 1500 or so?) the strategy still works fine,.
For the record, I jumped into Ranked as soon as i hit level 30 and immediately lost 123 games. Since I've come back to LoL, I've won 167 ranked games and lost 60.
I play at a 1500-1600 elo level CONSISTENTLY, and have 70% win ratio with teemo at this rate.
Oh what? You didn't know all of the facts before you spoke? I'm sorry.
Anyway, the results speak for themselves. Those ranked games you see ARE NOT below 1200 elo. They are somewhere between 1500-1900 ELO, an ELO I question if you've ever experienced?
You sound booksmart, kid. Now get real.
EDIT: There, I made sure I included what ELO this success was had at, so that you don't cry when your perfect LoL science doesn't hold a candle to my results, bro.

But before you think to heavily on what the opponents might do, try it. I'm sitting 70.6% out of 35 games with teemo at the moment. In 33 of those games, I got first blood in this manner.
Only once did top lane respond with a countergank. Flashed over baron ftw.
Who cares if they try to freeze the lane? Bawlz deep or go home baby! Their jungler is missing double buff, you're double buffed, push the **** out of it and keep it at their tower harassing until the tower fixes the lane for you - it only takes one wave getting eaten by a tower to fix it, after all :P It's a trick I do mostly with teemo only... mainly because teemo is completely and utterly ungankable, even pre six. I've never been hit by a jungler in my lane. Not once.
Worse comes to worse, you get the kill and your lane is frozen. Instead of going back to lane, take your double buff for an immediate mid gank. Usually they'll back off after their jungler gets FB'ed, but sit for about 10 seconds and they'll come out again ;)
if you do that any good player will either
- try to push back
- freeze the lane and has an advantage now:P
^This as well as If your gank fails your far behind OR If the enemy decides to sacrifice the xp/ pushes back fast and goes to counter gank YOU could be the one giving FB. It typically is not worth the risk due to all the negatives a experienced player can get out of it, It will typically work in less experienced games where the teams are not as coordinated.
- try to push back
- freeze the lane and has an advantage now:P
