Do you ever call someone for 1vs1 or accept a 1vs1?
Personal habitual activites? Utilizing gargantuan idioms to fabricate intelligence.

Depends.
Because most of the time they call it, they're hideously behind anyway.
If not, accept, but gang them.
"OMFG NOOB 1v1!"
"Team game bro. "

1V1's are generally seen as a way to prove that your a better LoL player than someone else.
Although this is not the case, 1v1's don't determine who's the better player they mostly determine who is more capable in a combat situation through quick reflexes, confidence creative thinking and persistence.
Problem is the winner of this 1v1 situation will think they are ultimately the better player, every player has their strengths and weaknesses which make them unique.
Player 1/ Winner of 1v1 combat situation: Demonstrates he/she is a more capable combat fighter although in team matches he/she is arrogant and will pay out his/her team for making mistakes, he/she believes he/she is the best and everyone should listen to him/her. This player will usually give up and not play seriously when the game seems hopeless due to "his/her team feeding or what not". He/she respects players with a high skill level but will never admit someone is better than him/her and will continue to do the same thing they have always done.
Player 2/ Loser of the 1v1 combat situation: Demonstrates they are not as good when it comes to a combat situation in League of Legends. However this player usually fills the gaps in the champion pick stage by playing the role the team doesn't have, he/she will put other players before them self and continues to prove that they are a positive force in the community. This player always tries to do their best and does not give up easily. This player is able to admit they have been defeated fairly and tries their best to learn from their mistakes.
Who really is the better LoL player in this 1v1 situation and who would you rather have on your team?
Answer is really obvious to me.
To sum up everything i said, 1v1's show who's better in a combat situation and not who is actually the better player and i wouldn't waste my time 1v1'ing a player who is up them self and believes they are absolutely amazing at this game because i would not be learning anything from this type of player. I wouldn't issue this challenge to someone else either simply because i don't believe i'm better than anyone else.
