yeah, I believe anyone can see her within 800 units, but for an Eve that may be hauling with all that passive/active MS, she'll still have the ability to attack people without getting immediately CC'd. Her role though definitely looks like she'll add to a fight, but not start it.

But what about the perm oracle on every champ? Only Eve is uncovered by it, right? (since she's the last perm/long term stealther)
Hope that will totally spoil her for those "perm camp the bushes"-failures.
