Troll Voted, Help me please...

So he went to take it out on me with Bad english, bad arguments, and troll voting =)... His comment: "im sorry but i dont think viktor can be viable without the W aug. its just silly, his ratios and damage are good, an a huge zone denial is far better than a little bit more damage. this looks like a build that tries to do everything on its own, and you cannot do that with viktor he is a great champion but without proper support hes just not gonna make the grade, with heavy ganking jungles + w aug, you can do so much more than trying to be a traditional mage edit// also your skills builds dont have you getting w at lvl 2... which is just plain silly. its great at 2 prevents ganks and helps yours, and denies lvl 2 agression by your lane... theres absolutely no reason to get r1 death ray lvl 2" In The end: Where could I report to Mobafire about this?[/quote]
