Ok so i wonder which one of Glyph of Replenishment and Glyph of Clarity is the best mana regen rune? I play Gangplank alot and i wonder if its wort going for the Mana regen runes instead of the cooldowns runes or split the runes up 50/50 so i have a little cooldown and a little mana regen?

Hope someone could help me! :)

Clarity is breakeven with Replenishment at lvl 4, so you should take Clarity :) After lvl 4 you will be gaining more regen per. rune.

^This is true. I personally go for Seals of Clarity because they're better, but some other seals may be preferable on GP...

I'd pick mana regen. Makes for a strong laning presence.

Gangplank doesn't care too much for CDR anyway. What's the use of spamming skills often if you need to consider mana regen runes because you're OOM too fast?

Or just get a Meki Pendant out the gate and stick with those CDR glyphs. :P

Greater Seals of Clarity are the best choice, if you spam waay too much then you can get more mana regen runes with Greater Glyphs of Clarity. I just have the seals though.

Also if you're concerned about money efficiency, most casters run Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration and Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction, meaning that you'll be able to reuse the seals. Glyphs of Clarity aren't all that useful on many champions.
