I was mostly referring to the audio that Riot posted.
The image was just released with it as well. Didn't see anyone say anything about icoming Aniv, cho and skar skins :)

I didn't link a post to the skin. :p Read the post again.
I've already seen the skin in game.
The post is not about the spash art or the skin, it is a silly audio thing and blue print images that give away that they plan to do Aniv, kog, and Skar skins aswell.

Also, it is safe to say we may have simular skins with Anivia, Cog Maw, and Skarner (from the coding on this image. A blown up version of the coding here).
I think the Xerath one needs a re-do. Especially since the Cho one is so amazingly detailed.
