Diana is a Melee Mage, it means that she will always be in the midst of struggles. If you do not give her the necessary armor and MR, you will not last 2 seconds in battles with your team.

You should take in mind that is slowing item like relyias is very usefull on diana. Since you have some downtime between each burst, haveing them slowed will actualy makes it harder for you enemy to escape and think about cdr you biggest burst comes form your q->r haveing a cdr item means you actualy can burst more and since you get in melee range with every burst you also have more melee hits on faster camps that outrun you so your passive will proc more on them. Futhermore in my oppion magic pen runes are better as magic pen boots. Taking the merc threads than give you some more tankiness and in my expience at the point you actualy get trubbled by their magic resist it's better to buy a void staff since they have by far over 100 mag. res. at that point. And really remove that warmogs out of your guide, there are better options for healt for diana. She does not build a atmas impaler for expample that scales with healt, resulting actualy in a wasted item.

So before making any comment you should keep in mind that it must be well explained, no matter if you're tired or not. If you want to do something do well or dont do. And according to what you did in your first post that was the impression you gave me. Next time think a little about it.

Now, about the Guide, I was already looking for a way to get more HP fast and if you still have time to read the session items you may be able to reconsider their vote.

actauly i did read you guide, however i did it quite fast so i might have missed some points. Beside of that i did not create a account to downvote you, i just wanted to leave some comments at some diana builds. But after writing a few you get tired of typing a long story every time. First of all, thanks for the comment and vote.
As you said is a matter of situation. This is a generic build but should be modified depending on your situation within the game. If you are having problems with an AD, make armor before, if you are having problems with AP, do Magic Resist before.
I found it interesting the idea of ​​using Lich Bane before, mainly because of its increased speed.

Playing Diana mid feels somewhat like Annie, lining up for stun combo except when the combo goes right, you get a kill, not incremental advantage. Also, if low on mana, you regenerate the mana for crescent strike every 20 secs or so and it feels just as satisfying to hit with it as Annie's stun combo.

If I'm getting nice and fed, I often go for a relatively early GA to counter getting focuessed, and I tend to get Rabbadon's fairly late, after lich bane.

As I said in my previous comment about taking Road os Ages instead Hextec, you do not read and did not even bother to read the guide. I am still doing experiments on the generic build of Diana, but that does not suits you because you're just another trollvoter I will not take into consideration.
