Just a small idea I had. Everything is open to tweaking of course. And finally, please don't hate on me, it's just a suggestion :)
"Smasher" The Scrapyard Junkie
Rust Lust(Passive): When Smasher slays an enemy unit, he heals for 5% of his max health over 3 seconds (50% heal on Assist). This effect can stack up to two times.
-Cooldown: 8 seconds (if another stack of Rust Lust isn't applied in 5 seconds, the passive will go on cooldown)-
Crippling Nail: Next Basic Attack: Smasher impales his enemy, slowing and adding a bleed effect
which deals 40/60/90/110/140 (+50% total AD) over 2 seconds and applying Tetnus for 2 seconds
(25% Attack Speed + Move Speed Slow). Hitting the same target again will increase the duration of Tetnus,
and deal 25% total bleed damage with every subsiquent attack (Max of 3 hits).(each hit increases slow by
1 second, reaching a max bonus of 2 second. Subsiquent damage can only be applied once every 15/13/11/9/7 seconds to the same enemy)
-Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80 - Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/6-
Splintering Wire: Smasher places down a linear baricade of wire which lasts 5 seconds. This wire will deal 5/7/9/11/15
(+0.5 AD) damage per second whilst slowing enemies as they pass through it by 25/30/35/40/45%, also
reducing armour by 7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%/20% and increases bleed damage by 20%.
-Mana cost: 50/60/70/85/100 - Cooldown: 24/21/17/15/13-
Salvaged parts: Passive - By adding sharp and rusty compentents to his armour, Smasher has a
chance (8%/13%/19%/24%/30%) to make attackers bleed for 25/35/45/55/65 (+10% of Smashers bonus HP) over 4 seconds.
Active - By discarding his armour, enemies in a radius take the passive damage, Smasher also increases his
movement speed by 16%/20%/24%/30%/35% for 4 seconds. Whilst this skill is on cooldown, Smasher doesn't recieve the passive bonus.
-Mana cost: 35/40/45/50/55 - Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/10-
Junkyard Rally(Ultimate): Smasher sends out a small fleet of RC cars. 1/2/3 champions will be
targeted by them. RC cars will pick up champions, move them in a random direction for 0.75/1/1.5
seconds before exploding, dealing 100/175/250 (+0.5 AP) and slowing their movespeed by 50% for 2.5 seconds.
(can only be used when in range of at least one champion) Champions caught in the way of the cars will be
knocked aside, and take 50% of the damage, and have the slow applied to them also.
-Mana cost: 100/130/160 - Cooldown: 80/72/65 - Targets: 1/2/3
