Thanks a lot guys for your opinions and advices, I know malady and wit's end are good items, I used to go for wit's end but I'm trying to play for the team, like a second support early through mid and that's why I pick my Aegis early. I will look through the guide in the next couple of days and tidy it up.
Oh, and the first item I finish is Wriggles and I replace it if I get to end game with something more consistent, usually Madreds but not all the time.

Try not to use big icons in lines of text. Instead use Health Potion.
Maybe space things out and instead of writing in paragraph form have a pointer for each item you use. I can't really explain it in words so check out my guide if you wanna know what I mean.

But you need to work on guide learn how to do BBcode.
You also need to replace some item because you need more atackspeed to make the jungel faster

Jungle Warwick is great, but the guide needs a little work.

In terms of items, they're mostly fine. I would consider adding a Wit's End as that also provides attack speed and some magic resistance. Another substitute (if the enemy isn't building a lot of magic resistance) is Malady since it also provides attack speed. Wriggle's Lantern is also a good jungling item (which you can switch out for Bloodthirster late-game, or Madred's Bloodrazor). However, Madred's Bloodrazor is very situational and is countered by magic resistance.

To counter this, you should consider taking magic penetration runes, specifically the Greater Mark of Magic Penetration. You could also take Sorcerer's Shoes early game for the magic pen and replace them late-game with Mercury's Treads.

The new meta advocates tanky-dps, and ageis is great, but you should also provide other items.
