Introduction

Well, here we go. I'm not a top player, stuck in ELO HELL for about 2 seasons but I reckon I could do better.
WW is not that used anymore since he's a slow jungler and has weak ganks before lvl 6. Why I use him? He's tanky, bulky and after 6 will gank very well. And most important he is unstoppable late game like no other bruiser.

Runes

For runes I tried going with ad runes but it didn't work out as good as it did with AS runes, so I went for the second option.

I will try to get as much AS as possible to speed up the early jungle. So my options are:
Red - Full AS 9X Greater Mark of Attack Speed or you can use a combo of Greater Mark of Attack Speed with Greater Mark of Desolation
Yellow - Standard Armour runes, 9x Greater Seal of Armor
Blue - A combination of Greater Glyph of Attack Speed with Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist or just the latter, but the AS will be lower
Quints - 2x Greater Quintessence of Desolation and 1x Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed

Masteries

For masteries I opted for a 21/9/0, picking both 10% armour and magic pen and 9 in defence with 9 in defence picking up Veteran's Scars.
Since WW does a lot of magic damage, having some magic pen for extra damage is great without having to buy

Skill Sequence

I will start with Hunter's Call and then put 2 points in Hungering Strike. At level 4 I will get Blood Scent and go ganking. If a lane is doing poorly, I will choose Blood Scent at level 3 and gank sooner. After that my first priority is Hungering Strike and then, second Blood Scent for easier chasing and detecting of low HP enemy champs nearby. Last to be upgraded will be Hunter's Call just because I feel I don't really need it. My need for AS is early and I supply that with my AS runes.

Items

Here is the interesting part. At my level this works out really good and I'd be interested to find out if it's a good option at high elo too.

First of all I start out with a and 1 just in case. The is my fist pick to help me clear the jungle faster. Boots and 3 Health Potion would be an option too.

Then I finish my and go for a . This way I'm tanky and I can engage without fear since once an enemy is lower that 50% HP I will have my Blood Scent up to boost my speed.

Now, With my Ruby Crystal I will finish and then finish . Next thing in line is a Phage which I will finish into a . No one can escape a tanky WW with Blood Scent on and a Frozen Mallet.

At this point, depending on how things go I usually pick one damage item or go for . If things don't look too good, then it is. If my team does well and I have someone else to engage, then I can purchase some damage item. In my build is shown . You can go for that in case they have a or a against whom the passive of it is great. If not, items like or would to just fine.

My last item is . This can be done at any point in game after Phage if you're crushing the enemy team.

A word on early in game. This item will give you all you need to be very strong early-mid game, and, moreover, will make early engages, 2vs2 or 3vs3 go in your favour. If support is getting it too, early to mid game team fights with 2 will be much easier.

Summoner Spells

I usually jungle Warwick so first pick is . Second pick could be or . I like myself due to the fact that you're a tanky champ who can run while taking dmg and make it out alive, as for your , it may not be enough because they may have abilities to get to you, including their own and you are likely to die. This is good as well for early ganking when you can couple with to dive.

Creeping / Jungling

My route is classic, Blue Buff to Red and finish Wraits second time to get to level 4. I sometimes ask my team to help blue more (at my level they often just hit once and leave) to be able to go smite the enemy red if their jungler is slower than me, like, for example or , champs that I know I can beat in a 1vs1 fight at early levels in case I get caught.

Ranked Play

AS I said, I'm stuck in Elo Hell and so far, this season I have about 100 wins and 60 loses with Warwick. I think that it's a good ratio considering the people who hang out in Elo Hell. So I go for this tanky WW, very strong late game who can actually carry the team. With more than 200 for both Armour and MR and with huge dmg and sustain you can carry your team if they will allow it.

Summary

So... at my level I found that playing Warwick like this I can carry even the worst players if they are willing to give it a shot and do their best. In team fights just ulti-ing the carry, AD or AP, the fed one, seems to do the trick and half the team fight is won. Being very tanky you will be able to take damage and sustain yourself with Hungering Strike right in the middle of the enemy team.
Overall I find it to be very reliable and safe and I'm curious to find out what others think of it, especially players at high elo with a better understanding of the game.
