That doesn't mean I want others who like that kind of stuff to stop playing it, it's just not for me.

Thx I cant wait for the demo version to come out, it's only three days away, but I if like I will buy it for sure XD, I like indie games but I haven't really played a lot of them
Then let me give ya a quick roundup of the best indie games I've played.
Bastion is one of the best games I've ever played. It's a top down Diablo-ish game, but without all the item-hoarding (which I really like, diablo is more about loot than fun gameplay --.--). Has beautiful hand-drawn graphics.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent is an amazing game. It's a very atmospheric horror game with great story.
Braid too is amazing. A platforming game with puzzles. Introduces some very interesting game mechanics along with great hand-drawn graphics.
Then there's Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac, but TBOIsaac is being remade in a proper game engine, so you might wanna wait for that.
