I don't see the point of itemizing Ez as a hybrid. His ult and Q already have AD ratios, E is utility even on AP builds (you just can't afford to use it as damage, even if will do some when you use it), and the additional burst you'll get from having a bit of AP (you've built 364 AP at full build with Deathcap; without Deathcap you're only at 120 AP) just isn't worth the drop in your sustained damage from not having the massive AD bonus of a BT or any form of substantial armor penetration. Seriously, you didn't even take the 10% mastery, and 6 armor penetration is basically useless late game; even this Ez build will have 87.69 armor without GA or 155.69 armor with GA, 6 less than either of those won't make a large difference in your damage output and most champions end up with more armor than this. I'd suggest just sticking to either AD for sustained damage or AP for burst, mixing the two makes you pretty bad at both.

I've played him hybrid bot lane with a different set up and it wasn't THAT bad, it was rather fun actually, but you need a bruiser top and a jungle bruiser to supplement that you're not full AD. Also late game his damage isn't less than if he was built full AD it's just not all physical and more bursty.
Build AD, please.
The only AP item you should be getting on AD Ezreal is Trinity force. As a luxury item, Gunblade is acceptable.

I don't get when you'd expect to use a hybrid build on him (even if it was good, which I don't think it is). In bot lane you'd be gimping your DPS by building AP. In mid lane you'd be gimping your burst by building AD.
AD carries and AP carries fill different roles and I don't think you can just smash them together like that. The only true hybrid champions I know of have AP scalings that contribute to their DPS, not just burst. Ez just gets more on his W and R than an AD ez would, but those are both burst abilities.

The pure feel of the champion just make him likable
So i decided i wanted to do a little bit of theorizing for what to build on him
I did read his abilities and stats and here is what i came up with

For masteries i was unsure what to do since i had never done a Hybrid build before.
