I keep you on my friends list for a while. b. You can ask me questions anytime you want. c. You get 1 free training session 1 on 1. d. You can spectate me if I'm playing a champion you like. e. Before I start a game, I'll notify everyone in the mentor section of my flist that i'm about to play and the champ i'm going to play 2. If you are on a ranked team and want some help improving your team play, I will spectate 1 game or will watch 1 replay. I will critique your play and give you tips on how to improve. 3. I'm giving you my pro-ass tips for raising in solo queue. They are as follows: 1. Most importantly, don't pick crap. The following champions should NEVER be picked for solo queue ranked. They are just completely underpowered, and there are stronger choices for their roles. mid: heimerdinger (see zyra), fiddlesticks (see swain), nidalee (see gragas), viktor (see ahri), xerath (see brand), ziggs (gragas again) top: fiora, sion, mordekaiser, hecarim, poppy, mundo, akali, garen, rengar jungle: sejuani, shaco, evelynn, master yi, jayce, pantheon (can do it, but high skill cap, can lose if you don't just rape at the start), any OFF jungler, like renekton, fiora, ezreal, twitch, etc. adcarry: kayle, teemo, twitch support: lux, galio, singed, volibear, anyone that isn't a typical support (YOU CAN WIN WITH THESE CHAMPS, THERE IS NO DOUBT. THESE CHAMPS ARE BORDERLINE VIABLE, BUT THEY ALL HAVE COUNTERPARTS THAT ARE WAY MORE EFFECTIVE AND DO WAY MORE FOR THE TEAM. RIVEN > FIORA. NAUTILUS > SEJUANI. AHRI > VIKTOR.) 2. Spam the most broken champ you can, but make sure you're also really good with that champion. I chose to spam morgana. broken mids: ahri, morgana, gragas broken tops: shen, RUMBLE, YORICK, darius, kayle, riven, olaf, jax, irelia, malphite broken junglers: maokai, skarner, lee sin, malphite, ALISTAR <-BEST JUNGLER IN THE GAME broken adc's: ezreal graves corki (I personally think tristana, kog'maw, and caitlyn are 3 of the best adc's in the game, but the community is pretty set in thinking that these 3 are the best adc's in the game. Mobility OP) broken support: soraka, taric, blitz (ONLY AS GOOD AS YOU ARE), alistar. 3. Never support. You're better than everyone on your team. Or maybe you aren't. But don't support. You can't carry your team from support. 4. Abuse counterpicks. If you're 1st or second pick, don't pick a solo lane unless they already picked their top or mid, and then counterpick them. If you have an early pick, go jungle, or pick someone really safe like ahri, morgana, yorick, rumble. If you don't know counterpicks, pm me, message me on league, or start a thread in general discussion and link me to it. there's also a website all about matchups, if someone wants to link it here, that'd be great. 5. Pick CC. CC wins games. If your team has sufficient cc, pick someone that compliments all that cc. Like vlad (ult). If your team is lacking in cc, you definitely have to pick some. Also, encourage people to pick cc in champ select. Hey, instead of soraka, why not taric? Or, instead of fiora, why not riven or irelia? Instead of bs jungler, why not amumu or nautilus? 6. Sixth and most important is, don't be afraid to dodge. If you see stuff you don't like, just walk away. If your team has 0 cc, or all squishies, or double adc, or double mids, or double jungle, or just stupid picks, just dodge. My brother was playing in 1550 elo, and his team was eve jungle and fid mid. I encouraged him to dodge. he didn't, and he lost. He spent more time playing the game than if he'd dodged and waitied 30 minutes. Wait for the very last 3 seconds before the game starts, and then dodge. That gives other people a chance to dodge instead of you, and enough time to make sure that the game will not start. If you wait for 0, sometimes the agme starts, and you're fucked. 7. Go to solomid and glance at featured/approved guides for the champ you want to run.
