Look, there are 5 tiers actually.
Tier 1 carries are normally the best, those are Graves, Corki and Ezreal. They have a great escape method and deal tons of damage.
Tier 2 carries have more damage potential, but lack sustain and safety, like Koggy and Tristana.
Tier 3 carries like Caitlyn and Vayne still have most of this, but are weaker.
Tier 4 carries are a bit like Tier 2 but weaker, like Ashe and Varus, who are only good lategame.
Tier 5 carries are kinda unuseable or weird, like Jayce or AD annie.

O_O What
Ezreal, Corki and Graves lose effectiveness late game
They have a great early game but a good late game
They don't deserve a Tier 1 Rank
IMO this is how it should go:
Tier 1: Vayne, Kog'Maw, Tristana
Tier 2: Ezreal, Graves, Corki
Tier 3: Ashe, MF, Dravan
Tier 4: Sivir, Teemo, Varus

Compared to other ranged carries, her kit is entirely focused on the early game where she can stop late game threats from becoming too much to handle.
Wut? Warsd sure are effective, but having a trap or two around can detect enemies as well, and using them in teamfights can lock an enemy and kill him
Wut²? Slow + recoil, can go through walls. I think it's an awesome escaping tool
Well, that's true

1) The fact that you can only have three snap traps at any time makes it hard to use, relegating it to a zoning tool primarily. While it can be used for on the spot snares, doing so can be difficult at times.
2) Isn't the two main definitions of Utility in one ability?

I do enjoy the fact that I seemed to have pissed you off enough to pick apart my posts in order to find the smallest fallacies
you mean the fact that literally every single thing you said in your initial post was wrong. yup, smallest of fallacies
