I think this is a good guide but I dont think will help much.
You already have enough attack speed and the extra critical is a waste since your not really ad.
I would get a for the extra on hit damage for your and still gaining that attack speed.

Not your fault he can't recognize an on-hit build when he sees one. I can understand people not liking Ionic Spark first up. I myself don't really like it much, I'd go Malady first because it sets up Toxic Shot damage.

And what I meant was, the typical AD carry build, which is et al. is weak on Teemo. That's why he builds AP or on-hit.

In my opinion, teemo either needs a to stay alive or a . Ionic spark is nice, as well as malady, but without any HP its sort of pointless unless the enemy team doesn't focus you on purpose or something. I'm not saying +500 or +700 HP suddenly makes him oh-so-tanky, but the sight of more HP discourages the enemy from focusing you as much, and it does help. Especially the slow. The slow from Rylais or Frozen Mallet will let you proc more hits.
