And he can make enemy minions and pets switch sides? It's a fun idea, but it would really be too OP. That would mean that if the enemy team has for example Heimer, Annie, Shaco or Mord they would be completely countered against this one.
And if that wasn't enough he can travel through anything he wants for 15 seconds at lvl 16, and during that he will even be untargetable.
Sorry, but either give this champ a complete re-work or just trash him.

I like the idea, but you need to tone down his passive, maybe 10% tenacity at 1, 15% at 6, 20% at 11 and 25% at level 16.
Flip flop will need a huge cool down or mana cost, as well as not give you gold for converting minions.
The ultimate is... Uh... Well, make him targetable at least for the duration. And if he is in a wall/turret/obstacle when the ultimate is over, have him "flash" out of it in the direction he was walking.
Give him a stealth ability maybe, instead of his ultimate. And a ranged poke that dis-oriented enemys would be cool.

Being raised by humans, Ehrich knew he was something special. At the age of 8 he was able to escape any situation, be it a wall or prison.

Ehrich has the ability like no other. He has the ability to force enemy minions to switch teams.
This includes Minions, heimerdinger's Turrents, Zyra's plants, Annies Tibbers, Shaco's Jack In The Box,and more.
True Ghost Form (R)
Unlike the Summoner Spell Ghost which Ehrich was not pleased with, Erich has taught himself to learned what he calls the True Ghost Form.
Ehrich is able to walk through anything, even turrets, players, minions, traps, and jungle walls for 5(* R rank) seconds and not being targetable while active. Once this spell is over, if Ehrich is in a wall, turret, or anything of the likes he will die.
