A few reasons:
1. The Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed aren't necessary on Jax. He has base movement of 395 after you grab tier 2 boots, and your Trinity Force gets him up to 423 movement.
2. Your boots. Ninja Tabi aren't the best in every situation. In most cases Mercury's Treads are going to benefit a lot more than tabi. Tabi are great if the enemy has a fed Fiora Tryndamere or Ranged DPS like Ashe. But in most cases CC is going to be your issue, especially since Jax's Counter Strike is a good enough tool against those auto attackers.
3. You focus a lot on ability power, but you opt for Trinity Force instead of Lich Bane. Lich bane would be a better choice, since end game you're going to have more AP than AD (unless that Atma's gives an ungodly boost, I can't see from the raw stats on your front page). Also the Lich Bane would give you some needed MR which your build otherwise lacks completely.
4. Resistances. You have no MR outside of Maw of Malmortius which you mention once as optional. Jax is a great damage doer with his Trinity Force and Hextech Gunblade alone. Also you build no health besides Trinity Force until after 3 expensive items. You'd benefit better by adding health into your build earlier or going 9/21/0 defensive tree masteries. Or getting rid of those Swiftness Quints. and picking of Greater Quintessence of Health. Just suggestions.
5. The walls of text are made up of misspelled words, broken coding and a complete lack of punctuation. the guide could really improve with some simple coding and alignment here and there.
yOU SAID THAT THWE Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed isn't necessary on jax but i don´t agree because when you play top lane you need some movement because if you push and the enemy jungler comes to gank you, you need some speed to escape from him and movement speed is never too much because you can push alll you won't and escape from your enemy's
I do ninja tabi because most of the champions that play solo top are AD but i also said in my guide that you can do Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads depending on the nemy team
I focus on ap because jax passive ability of the ultimate and becasue of the Empower i still prefer doing a Trinity Force because it gives more AD, AP it gives everyting at because of the bonues when you use a ability and because of that i think is better foing a Trinity Force instead of a Lich Bane
I agree with your 4 point i will change a litel my build.
I don't agree with your 5 point i put BBcode in all tipes i use images .
