If Im going Fizz or Gragas I take armor seals against ranged APs, every little bit to reduce their auto attack harass helps.
Anywhoo Cuddowls, the point is talking about it means nothing. Because "knowing" what to do in certain situations doesn't mean you're going to do it.
The main conflict people have with you is your attitude. You say you know stuff, but then you run around QQing about games lost and presenting it as though you play perfectly. Or your mistakes weren't the reason your team lost.
All I can say is, we clearly don't believe you know anything. And what you do know is basic at best. If you made the right choices in your games, rather the best choices for the situations in your games, chances are you wouldn't lose as often as you apparently do.
TL;DR- You have yet to prove you know anything more than how to throw blame at everyone else. But that's just what I've seen and think.

Guess what Cudd, I run crit runes on my ADC. You can check my rune pages to see for yourself... so now what? ^^ Does that make me or other players bad? Nope.. it's just preference and play style.
