Tips for raising elo?

I think the greatest thing about "elo hell" is that people never care about the AD Carry. Support is often frontline, mages slightly behind, etc, so often I used to play ADC, Irelia/Jax/Nocturne/Any other jumper would go on me and people would ignore me and call me a noob afterwards.
