Champion Tier List (WIP)

Even with the nerfs, he's above par with Ashe, possibly on par with her due to her recent buffs and his nerf. I always go AD ezreal and do better than nerfed sorry AP ezreals. v Ryze, squishy and not even worth the squish. Does moderate DPS, but still sucks ^ Mundo. Have you ever played agaisnt a real mundo or are you just looking at other tiers? Lastly, is you're list based on high elo or casual play? I'd say casual, and I have some problems with your list. In casual gameplay, Evelynn always gets the jungler. Always. And thats one of the sole purposes of twitch, as I found out. So if Twitch gets top tier because of his cloak, Eve should be up a tier. Who gives a rats ass what all the other tiers say, or if everyone dodges her, you havent seen how tryhard elitists play eve(surprisingly well) Moral of the story, just because everyone says someones bad shouldnt discourage you from playing them. Also, just because everyone says someones Godly (ie. Ezreal) doesnt mean theyre always wrong. I mean I stick it to him good, no lube, and a sand paper condom. Heimer, mid tier? After his recent buffs, Heimer is one of the few heros that can not only hold and defend a lane, but also push and kill players solo. 2v1 I mean. Low cost of his turrets, Grenade Spam that is devastating, he is more of a contender then this list shows.[/quote]

Yes, I see your point, I may bump him up one Any good Twitch isn't supposed to be smack dab in the middle of the fight, they should be using Spray and Pray from a LONG way afar where the enemy can't hit him and Expunge for a kill or two if shooting them down with multiple crits (I use a crit build) doesn't work. As for Evelynn vs. Twitch, it's very Oracle/Ward situational. For Evelynn herself, I may consider bumping her up once after reading Ravage and how it scales with 100% of the AP. Problem is that I'm not sure she has the natural DPS to finish anyone off to activate Malice and Spice after all her other burst skills have been used. I'll consider it. Heimer is definately going up one. Every Heimer I've played against or with has been able to dessimate turrets better than they did before.[/quote]
