Runes for Irelia

Good farming with ArPen = Even better late-game. Oh, and the flat AD quints are better for farming and do more damage than movement speed ( ... Obviously ), but the movement speed is better in late-game because you'll have much higher AD and 8 more won't matter at all and she needs to be able to get in range for [[bladesurge]].[/quote]

The attack speed makes sense, the more AS she has the more attacks with haiten style up you get. I use Flat AD marks+Quints with armor seals+mr glyphs. Bottom line if you are unsure of who you're facing in a lane it gives you a balanced defense without sacrificing additional rune pages.[/quote]
