ADC is probably the most important role in the game.

If there was a more effective strategy, people would use it.

ADC is the only role where there aren't 50+ viable champions for that role.

Well, the first requirement of being an AD carry is having a ranged auto attack, and there are only 47 champions with ranged auto attacks :x

They are AD carries. They just happen to be melee.

Theoretically any champion can be built like an AD carry. Hell I win games as AD carry Malzahar. And AD carry bot lane Jarvan IV. >.>
