Steps:
1) Open the previous piece in Photoshop
2) Stretch the canvas to double the width
3) Look at the previous piece and PLAN your piece to FLOW
4) Start designing, ensuring your piece FLOWS from the other
5) When you're done, upload the finished product here for us to see

^Yes, that's what's supposed to happen, it grows and grows by building upon what the previous person did. So what you make should incorporate the previous person's colour theme etc so it looks as if the previous person leaked a bit of their piece into your piece. That's the best way I can think of describing it.
