These are not the confirmed final skill particles, riot can change them and they've done it before. I personally like this skin better than the one Cudd posted (I disliked the red particles).

true the red didnt make much sense but having no new particles isnt any better

I honestly don't like Janna's skills recolored (didn't like frost Queen either) so keeping her standard surf makes me happy .
