I'd suggest you exchange the Bloodthirster or Hextech Gunblade with an Infinity Edge. You have got plenty of crit chance anyway but don't use it well. At the same time you got no single ability that scales off AD, so it would be nonsense to keep both of them.

Then I'd suggest you write something about surviving early game, maybe even versus specific characters because everybody knows that Poppy's early game leads to defeat before she can carry the game.

Also your laning is super weak. Going double gold per 10 first will ensure you will loose the lane if the enemy is playing correctly. If you face any AP char, I'd say make a section about other possible runes because your armor runes are fine top but once your ult wears off any AP caster would onehit you + if laning vs Rumble or Vladimir it would be an instant loss. Just show up the possibility
