Some I came to think of is:
A completely shaved Volibear, still with his armor though, which will now be way too big.
A really old Annie, like she's 150 years old, and same with Tibbers.
A cute and cuddly Cho'Gath which gets smaller for each stack with Feast.
A skin for Nunu where Nunu is carrying the yeti instead.
Rammus without his shell.
Mordekaiser without his armor.
A Blitzcrank that has stopped working and all pieaces are falling together.
Ahri, but instead of being half fox she's half slug.
