Then maybe Katarina, she has a slow start, but once she gets going, its all aboard the spin to win copter. Amazing at taking advantage of enemy mistakes.

In terms of flat early damage and killing potential especially at level 6 though I'd say Annie (she poops on Ahri) and Malzahar (he can solo any champion post 6).

If only he wasn't so buggy, mana intense, and his ****py cooldowns. I love Viktor but he's got a lot holding him back. :p
