who is the strongest AP MID?

The only spell on his kit the bugs me (ha ha) is his ult since sometimes it doesn't auto follow or the damage doesn't go off. He is a bit mana intense, but is less so when you max Q instead of E. With a constant blue buff and Augment death not only can he keep up with Morgana/Sion/etc in farm, but he can roam too. Interestingly enough, apparently his laser goes through Sivir's spell shield, as in, it'll trigger it, giver her mana, then poop on her. Obvious bug, but until it's fixed... =D[/quote]
