Question about comment voting.

Everyone gets afraid of down voting because it looks like I troll vote and then there's backlash. So, everyone just up votes and the scores get really inflated. It basically becomes impossible to bring bad guides down because the hivemind thinks, "20 upvotes? must be good. I'll upvote too." This used to be the system we had and have somewhat recently moved to what we have now.[/quote]
