Annabel, The paint sorcerres

Hello evryone. ChaosxSoul here with my second champion idea that i came up with. This time, it's a mage/assasin and her name is Annabel. Let's start with her description shall we: Annabel has teal hairs and eyes. She wears a magenta coat and a rabbadon-like hat. Underneath the coat, she wears a a silver breastplate and a yellow dress with purple stripe. [b]Lore[/b] Annabel come from a wealthy Demacian family. Ever since she was a kid, she was always facinated by the world and wanted to be able to capture it on a picture. When a parent got her a paiting set for her eight birthday, she was happy like never before and started painting evrything she saw. Nothing was too ugly or impossible for her, from the field of Demacia to the city of Noxus. Everyone wondered how she was able to create such masterpiece despite being so young and in such short time. However, when she was 10, someone discovered her secret: she was using magic to help her paint. When the news spread out, Annabel parents quickly handed to the College of Magic before being placed in millitary care. Annabel felt betrayed that her parents would abbandon her like that, not understanding why. Over the years, she quickly became one of the best recruit, almost as great as her idol, [[Lux]]anna Crownguard, but her hatred for her parents kept growing. With what she been thaught, she turned her first paint brush into a wand that allow her to freely create paint. One day, she went back to see her. They were so happy to see her, that they threw a little party for her. When Annabel was about leave, her parents asked her if she could paint there portrait. Not letting this occasion slip away, she agreed. But instead of doing that, she, instead, placed a curse on her canvas that absorbed her parents in it, with they're face forever captured in a look of terror. When she saw that, Annabel quickly regreted her mistake and try to undo her spell but with no avail. She looked everywhere she could and eventually came to the League of Legends where she would fight if they accept to undo her curse. [b]Skills[/b] Passive: Inspiration Each time Annabel cast a spell, increase her mana regeneration by 3 for 7 seconds (Can sack up to 4 time) Q: Paint bomb Range: 800 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Blast radius: 200 Annabel throw a ball of paint to a target location , dealing 70/110/150/180/230 damage to all enemies in the blast radius and has a AP scalling of 0.5% W: Living portrait Cooldown: 30 seconds Mana cost: 100/130/160/190/220 Range: 500 Annabel summon a paint golem to fight alongside her for 8/13/19/25/31 seconds Golem' Attack Damage: 40/65/80/15/12 Golem' Health: 600/800/1000/1200/1400 Golem' Armor: 20/30/40/50/60 Golem' Magic Resist: 14/23/32/41/50 E: Paint puddle Cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/13 seconds Mana cost: 80/95/110/125/140 Range: 900 Diamater of AOE: 500 Annabel create a puddle of paint that last for 5 seconds. Allies units on the puddle gains 2/4/6/8/10% AS and AP. Enemy unit who pass on the pudle lose 4/8/12/16/20% MS. R: Canvas curse (Ultimate) Cooldown: 180/150/135 seconds Mana cost: 180/205/230 Cone angle: 50 Annabel channel for 3 seconds a canvas in front of her that draw all enemies facing her towards her, dealing 75/110/145 damage per seconds, while enemies facing away will only be slowed for 45% for the same duration. Any enemies that get in close range (50) to Annabel take an additional 100/200/300 true damage and are stunned for 3 seconds. I hope you liked my idea. I mean, she doesn't really bring a lot to a teamfight apart from suppressing a single targat and throwing paint bombs (that are on a fairly long cooldown anyway) everywhere. She would suffer a lot early-game against any mage that simply has more spam/burst than she does. And that includes just about every mid in the game... I suppose. My suggestion: Add more damage output by reducing her cooldowns or adding some more effects to her skills. Also, maybe some more utility? By the way, you should add the range of the skills, too. [/quote] Your right, the ulti is really OP. i wanted to make it something like malzahar ulti. I always thought that it was lasted 3 or 5. Gonna fix that. Same thing for her w. I meant that it reduce the CD, not gain CDR. Her Q is not like ziggs. It's dosen't rebounce, it target an enemy champion and as for her E, a few mage already have a similar spell, so i don't see what wrong with it. But, yeah after rereading myself, she is really OP. I'm gonna fix all of that tonight or tommorow.[/quote]
