If it has a passive like that anyways it shouldn't have life steal (note that rabadon's does not have spell vamp) and since its AD and would scale with auto attacks, it would have to be a much lower percentage, preferably under 10 percent since even 10 would be insanely OP in my opinion.[/quote]
