Morello announces Preseason Updates!

[/quote] Umm quite a bit has come out in day. News about armor pen and new armor pen items... The Black Cleaver +45 Attack Damage +10% Cooldown Reduction +10 Armor Penetration Passive: Dealing physical damage to an enemy reduces their Armor by 5% for 6 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times on the same target. Also implied that Brutalizer will build into Last Whisper now. I think we must see a return of burst champions not being op but alot better imo. Annie might be picked up or used in tournaments as for burst mages and maybe assassins can be used more now.[/quote]
