If you are good at using your ult and getting stuns off, and poking with him then he is one of the most game changing (read breaking) champs in the game.

Pantheon's ult doesn't have global range, it's quite limited actually.
Answering the Original Poster, most people don't know jack about how to play Twisted Fate. They have the "most pwn my lane opponent or feed trying" mentality, and TF isn't actually an amazing laner.

The point is ether is twisted fates so other than face pantheonn is top there exastly same in ults expect his does dmg.
very strong, you just have to learn to utilize him.

Should i buy him. If not. Any other suggestions for a AP Carry in mid for ranked games. I honestly have no idea who to pick for the role, or any roles frankly. I keep changing my mind.
