I think he is OP.He has recently been nerfed and if you know to use him at mid he can be a nasty one.

Well, Pantheon has the better combo out of his ult with a direct stun and massive damage. He can also jungle quite well, which brings even more danger.

Twisted Fate is OP, or at least borderline. His Q range is huge, he has a stun on a 4 second cooldown, can regen mana every 4 seconds, teleport on a low cooldown, and deals bonus damage every four attacks. Very strong, great pushing power.

Hes powerful until you get counterpicked by Talon or Kassadin, which happens all the time in ranked at my elo.

I storm normals with him, but ranked games are usually awful for me if I play him.
