Playing ranked games from seasonstart or wait a...
Creator: Dreams Supplier November 14, 2012 9:32amIs it better to wait 1 month before starting playing ranked game?
I'm choosing to wait for a bit and let the majority of players get sorted into their respective beginning-of-the-season ELO. I may be wrong, but it just "feels" like less of a gamble that way, to me at least.
Whichever you choose, I certainly wish you the best of luck, friend.

You only have to calculate in the risk/chance of good players (high elo last season) since the noobs will be there all season. So will you have a better chance in getting them in your team, or in your opponent team? xd
If you for some reason want to follow my ranked journey to gold, you can do it Here.

I wondered if it was better to wait one month before playing Ranked games or if it was better to play immediately.
The reason is that we all start with the same elo. So, you have a lot of chance to play against the best players on the circuit and losing. On the other hand, you also play with many noobs that make you lose parties. So, I wonder if you have more chance of winning (noobs in the face and super players with you) or lose (noobs with you and great players in front).
The trick is that if you lose early season elo points, it becomes very difficult to trace the rankings because you are surrounded by noobs.
So what choice have you made?
And what do you recommend for an average player, like me?
Thank you for your advice!
