What are your builds like?
Do you rush
Phantom Dancer or
Infinity Edge/
Bloodthirster first?
If you're dying a lot, it's a key indication that you're probably getting caught out of position a lot. Learn from experience where you should/shouldn't be. Stay behind tanks, never run to the Baron first, let someone more tanky lead, etc etc.

i generally try to get the Infinity Edge first, after the boots, what you said i know, but in lane phase, i fail often, i get focused first and my support get the kills after.. that are many details that always make me lose the lane phase
This can only be bad positioning or not committing enough to the fights.
If you have more deaths than kills, then you probably always get initiated on and therefore lose the fight. More assists than kills also means you don't work for your kills enough. Don't be scared of doing damage, just make sure you don't overdo it so you don't die stupidly to a

Ok, and, what am I supposed to do if i have a bad support (getting my farm, not helping me, no wards, feeding etc) ?
Try to farm, tell them to stop, get a ward yourself.
If I actually just get frustrated (takes a lot, usually), farm a

Did I win many games doing this? Eh, 40/60 ratio, but I've learned that that kind of support is a liability and I hate becoming a sitting duck for a 4 man gank.
Early game: Farm.
Mid game: Stick with your team for encounters, push lanes, farm.
Late game: Push out the DPS in teamfights, farm.
You're all set. Attack damage carries are relatively straightforward to play compared to other classes of champions. Hope I helped.

What you would want to do is to let your support know to not take farm , and purchase wards as much as possible because they're the most important thing when it comes to laning.
Also try having Flat AD Runes
+15 AD
+13 Armor
+12 Magic Resist
Those runes are pretty typical for ADCs because it's great for last hitting and it also grants you armor to prevent incoming damage from the opposing ADC.
Moving onwards, if you're team is really that bad, then try again in your next game. There's nothing you can really do with trolls/feeders =(

and the problem is, i don't know how to manage to do a good game as a carry ad.
I know the stuff of general carry, the aim (last hit on farm etc) but, each time i play carry now,
i always have a score like 3 or 4 kills, a lot of deaths ( like 5 to 12 times dead) and more assists than the support.. Do you guys have any tips for me to be better ?
