as this is matchmaking i though y not get people to play against each other so...

over here u can challenge anyone or team .... if the person accepts....

Fill the room with AFK people (Spectators most likely), and they'd just watch you two 1v1.

But it wouldn't be a real challenge if people went AFK... sounds a bit pointless.

I was under the impressions that 1v1s were typically on Rift. They're conducted in mid-lane, and the winner is whoever gets first blood or the first tower down - whichever comes first.
