Shouldn't Tear of the Goddess work with Swain?

So the new says "whenever mana is spent" or something like that, but when I used it on it wouldn't work whenever I toggled . Isn't it supposed to?

I remember seeing somewhere that toggled abilities now work with and seeing as spending mana refers to pretty much using a skill. If it's not working, then maybe it's a patch error :s

'... Each time you cast a spell or spend mana...' So theoretically, yes.

It should indeed work, however the still has a cooldown on the effect (I think it's 3 or 4 seconds).

this is right, so when ur using the effect of totg on swain, every 3 seconds it should increase ur mana max. while the continuous ability ravenous flock is active.
