Early game, no problem. Mid-late game, you cannot comfortably splitpush. Stick around at least one of your teammates.
Her passive allows her to mark and reveal a nearby enemy for 4 seconds every 8 second. And her W reveals in a 2100 range everyone for 2 seconds. She will actively seek out TF as a juicy pick with her incredible speed.
Sylas
Personally, having high R haste, you can out-Ult him if he steals your Ult. Just don't get hit, he hurts.
Play inside your minion waves to prevent him from grabbing you, farm safely near turret, and play around his CDs. Oblivion rush if you're confident in a 1v1 to counter his W heal. This item also helps in skirmishes with your jungler.
Nocturne
Your Ult is useless against Noct, and you're very squishy. Maintaining strong map awareness is key to your decision making. Always anticipate Noct's ult in any situation, ask yourself when you would jump in as him, this can give you better chances to counter his R engages on your team.
Hwei
Dodge his abilities, otherwise expect a very rough laning phase.
This requires extreme patience and awareness of where he'll place his abilities. Run to the sides, not directly backward, to more easily avoid the hitboxes.
Build early MR if you're having trouble with his QE combo. He's very susceptible to ganks, work with your jungler.
Focus on getting Level 6 and then actively search for roams.
Kayle
Tf is practically useless against mid/late game Kayle. Help your team get a big enough lead so she isn't as big of a threat.
Anivia
Laning phase is very rough. Anivia's range crushes yours, so keep an eye on your other laners for roams. Farm safely. With Tear/Seraphs, it's a bit easier to spam Qs with the extra mana. Max W instead of E to get the extra Blue card mana regen. You can fuel up with the Blue card on raptors/wolves when the minions are either too deep or waiting for the next wave.
Cho'Gath
Tough if you can't predict his stomp. Swifties helps.
Galio
Annoying laning phase, don't push hard to get a kill, focus on Harvest stacks instead with Cut Down. With High R Haste, you can Ult around more often than he can follow you.
If anything, when you believe he will most likely follow your R roam, make sure he has to pay for it with minions under his turret. Build up waves to crash hard and look around.
Yasuo
Not as bad with Seraphs, but still tricky. Trick him with the "hold W-Stun above head while throwing Q" so Wind-Wall doesn't block your stun, and can make him waste it. Just walk around.
Tristana
Nearly "extreme" threat, but if you don't waste your Gold card in a bad position, you should survive laning phase without issue. Be content with losing cs and focus getting other lanes ahead. When Ulting, wait for them to use their jump before going in to stun them.
Shen
With the Ult. Haste build, you can out-Ult him. Be aware of his ability to counter you when he does have R up. Keep an eye on the map for moments you would think Shen would help out his ally and be the bully.
Viktor
Annoying to lane against, but just avoid his poke. You can look to punish him between his CDs. It may be beneficial to just keep him low HP instead of all-in'ing him and harass as he tries to CS.
Fizz
Not as bad with Seraphs, better survivability.
Zhonyas for his R.
This matchup used to be much more difficult in earlier seasons.
Akshan
Don't get cheesed by his invisibility and laning should be pretty straight foward. Freeze at your turret. Stay in XP range even if you need to give up some cs. TF is very squishy in this matchup. Goal is to survive laning phase and help the team.
Mel
Against a good Mel, focus on getting other lanes ahead with lots of roaming. Trick her with the "hold W-Stun above head while throwing Q" so she doesn't reflect your stun.
Keep in mind that her reflect CD is 20-35 seconds depending on her level.
Brand
Pretty easy matchup as long as you stay out of his setting ablaze range.
Don't bother building MR if you're having trouble, it just slows down your item spikes. Play patient and wait for roam opportunities.
Annie
Akali
Pretty even laning phase until she reaches 6 and looks for all-ins. You can counter her shroud with your Ult. Even if you cannot each her in time with your R, simply revealing her can help your team counter her shroud when she roams.
Zed
Zhonyas for his R.
Exhaust instead of TP is a consideration.
Other than that, try to harass him before he gets 6. Post-6, shove waves and roam/fake-roam to take pressure off of your other lanes.
Morgana
Use the "W-Stun over your head and throw Q" to bait out her spell shield. Then, you can either wait it out and stun her, or stun any other target.
Laning is straight forward. Stay out of her pool, stick behind your minions to avoid her bind.
Low-elo player. Found what works for me, was fun to create a guide.
I'll be adding more info when I have the time, would love to get opinions on my current understanding of the game.
Very possible this build doesn't have enough power to carry games (as shown by my recent games). Interestingly, 3/4 games are "Unlucky", and one I performed 3rd/10 in a lost game.
