Too much lifesteal for my taste. Ravenous Hydra makes alot of sense for diving into teamfights, but Blood Thirster is going overboard. Yes, it will help Tryndamere survive, but I prefer to focus more on damage output during Undying Rage. Particularly crit and attack speed, so Spinning Slash can refresh sooner, and you can stick to vital targets better. Tryndamere doesn't have to survive to do his job.

Almost all matchups are wrong, runes are wrong, starting items are wrong, summoner spells are wrong and even the masteries are wrong. This simply does not work.

Well, since you've been kind enough to provide comment for my guide several times now, it's only fair that I give something in return. For starters, here's a +1 for a very decent guide.

The one thing I really want to request personally is to remove the references to my guide you've made. You shouldn't be advertising other guides in yours and it feels awkward for me to read it, and it's not exactly necessary now that my guide has hit #1 on the list. Not that I don't appreciate the intent but people should come to your guide to read your guide.

Now, as far as I can see your guide is good as it is now. There isn't anything majorly incorrect or difficult to understand about it so the only thing I can suggest are additions. Don't like the Flash pick since I think Ghost should be a core summoner, but I can't exactly argue with preference, and Flash can never be a BAD choice per se.

One major suggestion. Blade of the Ruined King. GET IT. Or at least recommend it as a highly viable choice. While jungling is a different story and you have other priorities in that role, BotRK has been a godsend ever since they added attack speed to its spread. The fact that the passive doesn't scale well with crit is negligible when you get attack speed and damage to rival a Statikk Shiv and get lifesteal on top of that. I rush it whenever I play top lane and it literally makes you immovable since you can't be harassed with sustain and can't get ganked because you can steal movement speed on top of all the other escapes you have. I don't know if you have tried rushing the item yet, but since it's worked perfectly for me with the huge health bruiser monopolizing top lane I think you should try it too.

And last thing. I might sound like a massive hypocrite since I'm guilty of the same thing, but I would be really wary of adding any form of matchups section in a guide. Aside from the fact that it's unfinished and you have some really weird champions there, I don't like the impression matchups give to people. Darius is perhaps the best example I can think of. I firmly believe a Tryndamere player with a full grasp of what he's capable off will dominate Darius nine times out of ten, but most people don't know how to play the matchup in the slightest and get their ***es dunked regardless (learned this one painfully through experience) and telling them that Darius is an easy opponent only encourages them to play worse when they encounter the matchup. I would really like to bring this up as a concern and somehow convey the message to viewers. I doubt the impatient or the really bad would actually read or take note of it, but still, it's good practice.

The only thing I disagree with is the guardian angel in your build.
I'd take the Ravenous Hydra first and as a final item a second Bloodthirster.
