Cheatsheet: 17/20
8/10 item picks + structure
Not bad but I suggest you to start with Ancient Coin, it is a better gold income item than Spellthief's Edge. You could also put an optional start with Doran's Shield.

9/10 the rest
Well done, but I suggest Greater Glyph of Magic Resist since someone like Annie support is popular now, you'll need to MR early game.

Structure + coding: 15/15
10/10 uses of overviews, schemes and other uses of structure
Well Done.

5/5 uses of coding
Good.

Content: 38/50
21/25 Full Build Quality Explanation
Good and the basics are included. But you could also mention alternative runes for Sona.

13/20 Tactical Quality Explanation
You mentioned how to play Sona, good. But things like Warding or how to use Crescendo properly are exclude, you might wanna add those.

4/5 Quantity content
Good.

Bonus: 14/15
4/5 bonus chapters (matchups and synergy chapters)
Good, but I suggest you to add how Sona vs other supports

5/5 Originality
Yup

5/5 attitude towards the readers (wants to improve)
Yup

Result:

Path of the Successor (84/100)

Nicely Done ^^, but I suggest you to add some more things like how to use Crescendo properly like that, anyways, good luck and keep working on it ^^

+rep is always appreciated :)

Thinking of going support and I remember Phreak saying that you could carry games with a champion like Sona. Very easy to use and understand, but her skill cap is also very high. I'll use this guide as a starting point.

Thanks, I have been considering different items. I think Mikael's Blessing would be another nice item to add the edge list. Do you have any other items in mind?

What comes to mind is unholygrail ( gives some ap, alot mp regen & cdr ), runic bulwark, which is must have in teamfight ( if none of you teammates take it, sona shoulld take it ), then the new item twin shadows, which could be used to counter heavy ap team, ohmwrecker gives a nice passive at pushing turrets or tower diving and you'd give a shot to banner of command

This is one hell of a decent guide there, mate! Although with your aggressive play style I would really recommend to go back and pick a point in a Pickpocket mastery - you'd earn more gold, and we all know there is no such thing as too much gold. ;)

As for your Teamwork part - you could also add a section about Lux. While she throws her Lucent Singularity the enemies are slowed down, then Sona can pop her ultimate, allowing Lux go all Vegeta on their ***es with her Final Spark. If anyone is still alive, she can detonate her Singularity, or if needed, catch someone with Light Binding.

First, thanks for the upvote!

I really like the Pickpocket skill however the problem is that I have to choose between that and Block since it is so far up in the Utility Mastery tree. I also find that with season 3's changes to the way you get gold that as a support you don't really need gold as much as you previously did.

I have never tried specifically matching my skills with Lux, I will have to give that a try

Thanks!
