Good guide but lose the Void Staff and pick up Rylai's Crystal Scepter or Frozen Mallet. Cannot rely on shrooms to be your only kiting options, and a Teemo who cannot kite is a dead Teemo.

I upvoted but you should consider:

*Some wicked surv. You got no armor nor considerable mr.
*Putting 1/2 points in butcher makes u farm a lot better early on, lategame with this build u pretty much 2 hit most minions.
*Having a slow early-on helps u secure a lot more kills then being a poker.
*CDR seals. please dont. 13 armor or 178hp from hp/lvl is way better then 5 cdr at lvl 18.
*replying to Kings, it doesnt proc, but it starts its last tic at the last tic of poison. everytime you get damaged by the poison, u refresh liandry's proc and with the last one, the last refresh, aplying 1,5 secs of the burn, as stated. and he offers the use of hurricane, 70% as? no as? you mean no malady, right? wits end works a lot better then malady, improving ur survability and offering consistent damage, not a raising/droping on hit like malady.

Poison doesnt proc Liandry's Torment and you have next to no attack speed.

You focus waaaay too much on mana. Teemo's almost never OOM.
And cooldown reduction seals? Pretty useless.
+ You should always take Malady & Nashor's Tooth when playing Teemo.
The rest is good IMO. I also think it's a good idea to take Lich Bane early.

I think u should not build Lich Bane to early.

U should at least build some AP to make lich bane deal some damage. Just in my opinion.
