You see the Jax icons in the top left corner of your guide editor? Click on those to change masteries, runes, item order, and ability sequence. If you don't see the icons, try looking right under where you put the guide name.

When you click on it you will see a whole bunch of stuff pop up. You will see General, Skillsequence, Masteries, Runes, and Item Sequence (if I remember correctly).
From here, if you want to open up masteries, select the masteries button, and they will open up.

If you mean the "EDIT" button, I tried a lot of times looking in there but I need to modify masteries, runes and summoner spells (also the items order). Since it's outdated a lot of people began writing it sucks, it's outdated and it's a troll build (it's not a troll build I just need to update it!)
Clicking on the icon will expand the cheat sheet out. Click on the champion icon that appears after the page loads when you click "EDIT".
