The champion doesn't have to be your favorite. Only his or her action has to be your favorite action in LoL. By "action", I mean laugh, joke, dance, taunt, and quotes when the champ moves, uses a skill, attacks, and/or dies.

My favorite champion action is Garen yelling DEMACIAAA when he uses Judgment.
Why? Because of this :3

Definitely Cho'Gath NOM-NOM-NOM-NOM-NOM. The speech, not the sound when he eats someone, although that's funny too. And it only gets better if you have Gentlman Cho'gath, he gets all proper and ****.
