Karma is pretty good but id hold off on buying her since her rework is (apparently) coming out in a month
then shes probably going to be FotM because of how much CC is going to be in her kit
but as of right now karma is good, but hard to use, but she doesnt exactly fit in the game because she cant support well and if she goes ap mid she doesnt have the power jumps at level 6 and 9 in lane like other APC
just thank god you havnt gone mid against a good karma mid lane because a good ap karma can really ruin the game for you because she can deny cs and damage you with mantra-E and heal herself with mantra-Q and even get out of ganks with her W mantra Q mantra E combo
ive found that she does good pre-6 against Akali (post 6 you lose as karma from her dashes but if you can keep her down pre-6 youre good) and Diana she does good against pre-6
but if you want to use her as an AP mid you need to have some kind of DPS type jungler or top lane because late game ap karma becomes a support not a damage dealer

Extremely high skill cap, better than average payoff. Karma is awesome and really not someone you want to tower dive since her AP increases drastically at lower health. Wait to see how she does during the rework.
Edit: I have no idea whether or not she does great or awful against Mordekaiser. However I would think that her excruciating slow would make ganks easy, since he has no natural escape.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
