Good Guide, but I don't understand the MP Quints.
The max. Magic Penetration is 40.
Sorcerer's Shoes and Haunting Guise = 30 MP
10 MP left ... so 9 Marks = 7,8 + 1 MP-Quint = 9,8 = MAX
Why did you throw away the two Quints?

Used the MP quints in my next game and beat the other team down! I was using flat AP before...

it stacks multiplicatlively , meaning it would be 0.6 x 0.65 x 0.92 = 0.3588. that's 64.12% penetration .

I really like this guide! Well thought out and in depth. Just a quick question... Who would you take Xerath as a counter-pick against? I'm always stuck in the position of counterpicking and not knowing what champ to pick.
