im confused why is khazix top tier when is countered by warding inside of your lane, and panth and talon are 3rd tier when they can assassinate much better

also if anyone could explain why cait suddenly poofed to top tier that would be nice

Khazix is op lol. No clue where you got that from...

Cait's strong because all the other ADCs got nerfed and the current meta has shifted to a more favorable environment for less mobile adcs.

i know that Khazix is strong hes someone i use frequently ever since he came out, but why are talon and panth third tier when hes top tier

and if thats the case embracing why is Sivir 4th tier?
