Sejuani cannot pull any people off of your carries. She is vulnerable to counterjungling. She cannot pursue many champions, and her ult used defensively is pretty 'meh'. She deals rather pathetic amounts of damage, unlike shyvana. Yet she is placed nearly one whole tier above [[shyvana]]. I'm not advocating that she be moved back to her previous spot in tier one, but @Grandmaster - can't you at least agree that she's a little low?[/quote]
